| How do I engage the services? |
|
First choose a
match, select the ticket category and fill in the order form.
Finally the payment is made effective through our server which
guarantees the transaction security.

| How do I pay the services? |
|
By Visa or
MasterCard credit/debit cards. The payment is made online by means of a
safe connection.

| Will my credit card data be protected? |
|
Your credit card
information will be submitted encrypted through a secure connection to
your bank server. Under no circumstances whatsoever will we treat these
data directly: we use the current most efficient security systems, that
is the SSL technologies (Secure Socket Layer).

Will you send the tickets to my country?
|
|
The tickets are issued by the sports clubs a
few days before the matches, so it is not possible to send them abroad.
They will be sent to your address in the country where the event takes
place during your stay.

Where do the tickets correspond
to?
|

Regarding the Camp Nou tickets and in deference
to our customers, we always offer the best tickets available in the
chosen areas.

How do I know my purchase order
has been successfully received?
|
|
Once the transaction has been successfully
completed, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with all the details
related to your purchase.

| Do
you apply any discounts? |
We can apply
discounts for Ticket Brokers, Travel Agencies, Hotels, usual customers
and groups. If this is your case, please contact us.

| Will you inform me if the tickets date changes? |
Yes, in case
of a date change, you will be sent an e-mail confirming the new date
and time, about a week before it takes place. But, it is the clients
responsability to check the date and kick off time on our website or
local press.

| Do the prices include the V.A.T. and/or postage
and packing? |
|
Yes, the 16% V.A.T. is included in the
price as well as the postage and delivery.

| What does 'to buy in the "Booking" mode' mean? |
|
If you wisk to
book tickets that are not available, as soon as we receive your booking
order we do our best to get them. Once we obtain the tickets, we send
you a booking confirmation e-mail. If we do not manage to get the
tickets, you are refunded 100% of the amount paid and our company is
exempt from any liability regarding any inconvenience caused to the
customer.

| Are your website tickets more expensive than
other tickets? |
|
Our customer-oriented policy is to sell a
service called Ticket Package. We do not sell the ticket only. The
Ticket Package, depending on the city or the event, may include: the
event tickets, a souvenir, a city guide book or map, and home delivery
service.… In many occasions, in order to guarantee the Ticket
Package availability for our customers, we have to buy the Ticket
Package at a higher price than their face value. Hence, our
tickets can be more expensive than the tickets real price (face value).
Or else, depending on supply-demand, we establish our Ticket Packages
prices.

| Any customer telephone service? |
|
We offer both a customer telephone service as
well as a customer e-mail. For last-minute emergencies, we provide an
exclusive telephone number which will be connected up to 48 hours

| Can I use the customer telephone service in
order to cancel my tickets? |
|
No. Cancellations, changes or refunds are not
allowed once the purchase or the booking has been accepted. Refunds are
only accepted if our company does not manage to fulfill the purchase or
booking. Before cancelling the purchase or booking -in case we did not
manage to obtain the tickets chosen category- we would offer you lower
category tickets and the difference in price would be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED if the match is
rescheduled from Sunday to Saturday or to any other day. Nor if the
match is rescheduled from Wednesday to another working week day.
If you want to be informed about any possible
changes in the fixtures date/time, due to TV broadcastings and
Champions' matches, we recommend you to check it in the sports papers.
